How Verdant Works

Deep learning that adapts to every room individually.

Verdant uses deep learning models that learn how each individual room responds to heating and cooling — how long it takes to reach setpoint, how fast it recovers when a guest returns, what the optimal setback temperature is given current weather. It doesn't apply the same logic to every room. It learns each room's unique thermal profile and optimizes accordingly.

Occupancy Detection
Passive infrared sensors continuously scan rooms for motion and body heat. When a guest leaves, the room enters setback mode immediately.
